A forum exploring the vision and the challenges of providing free community college, first to Seattle residents, expanding to King County, and then statewide. Panelists addressed the Seattle Promise, ST3 funding, progress to date, and the Washington College Promise legislation. What are the experiences of those working to bring this promise to fruition?
