Deadline for Voter Registration

• Online:  Monday, July 29. You can register online at VoteWA.gov until midnight.

• By Mail:  Before Monday, July 29.  Paper registration forms must be RECEIVED by King County Elections by Monday, July 29. Voter registration forms are available at most public libraries, public schools, and community service centers. You may also download and print forms in several languages. It may take multiple days for it to get to King County Elections if you mail it. We recommend mailing a week in advance of the deadline.

• In Person:  Tuesday, August 6.  You can register in person up to election day at the King County Elections headquarters in Renton, WA. Click here for directions. You can also do so at these Vote Centers. During the election season you will get a ballot and be able to vote when you register.
